About This
Installing 1,445 solar panels on the roof of this arable farm in Oterleek was a straightforward way to turn unused space into a power source. By utilizing the existing roof surface, the farm now generates its own electricity without sacrificing any tillable land.
The system has a total capacity of 0.65 MWp. It provides a steady supply of clean energy for the daily operations, helping the farm manage energy costs more effectively. We focused on a clean, efficient layout that maximizes the sun exposure available in this part of the Netherlands.
